At OPREX Hearing Center we are committed to providing the best quality hearing healthcare. From the moment you schedule your first appointment and years to come, we want you to feel valued and that we will always do whatever it takes to make sure you are hearing you best you can. We offer flexible appointment times, emergency appointments for hearing aid problems, and trained staff for walk-in cleanings. Diagnostic testing and hearing aid services can be provided for all ages. Our audiologist strongly encourages checkups every 6 months and we provide this service with reprogramming at no charge for the life of your hearing aid (if purchased directly from OPREX).

Hearing Testing and Evaluations
Choosing the right hearing aid starts with a clear understanding of your unique hearing loss needs. Our advanced testing procedures accurately identify whether or not you have hearing loss and measure the type and severity.
If you think you might have hearing loss but have never been diagnosed, our audiologists can provide a caring, compassionate environment for your first hearing evaluation. During this 30 minute scheduled appointment, we will use various tests, including audiometry, speech tests in English, Spanish or Vietnamese, tympanometry, and Otoacoustic Emission testing to determine the type and degree of hearing loss.

From hearing aid screening, selection and fittings, to ongoing maintenance and repairs – we offer a wide range of services to keep your hearing aids performing their best.
After your hearing loss has been diagnosed, and hearing aids are recommended, the hearing aid options are explained in a Hearing Aid Evaluation. We consider your lifestyle and hearing demands, work related conditions, hobbies, recreational and social demands, etc…. when recommended the best solutions for you. We contact your insurance to find any benefits you may be entitled to. Our staff files the claims and we are in network for most plans.
More on Evaluation for Hearing AidsAt the Hearing Aid Fitting, we program the hearing aids to your hearing loss, counsel on how to use the hearing aid, and keep it clean. Pairing the Bluetooth hearing aids to your cellphone is also done at this time. Two-weeks post-fitting we increase the volume to your target settings, add volume control, and any secondary memories are added. You will be scheduled for check ups every six months which is always no charge for the life of the hearing aid. Your success is our primary goal!
More on Hearing Aid FittingEven the best-maintained hearing aid will periodically need repairs. TOPs services most brands and we stock a wide variety of hearing aid parts so repairs can be made same day in the office. Otherwise the hearing aid is sent to the manufacturer and are typically repaired within a week. In most cases we can provide loaner hearing aids to keep you hearing your best while your hearing aids are being repaired.
